She knows what it is to grow up inside a world defined by strict religion, lack, and fear — where scarcity was the air and the body learned early it was not safe to take up space. She knows what it is to carry the imprints of trauma and abuse, and the kind of early experiences that shape a person at the deepest level. She knows what it is to be a single mother — earning $2 an hour as a waitress, two small boys depending entirely on her, standing at the beginning of a life that had to be built from nothing, with nothing but her own will and her growing devotion to something greater.

What she chose next was her own path. A devotion to understanding the patterns that had shaped her — and alchemizing them. She went inward when the world would have expected her to simply survive. She walked the path she now teaches before she ever taught it. Every layer of identity recoding, every energetic clearing, every somatic reckoning — lived first, in her own body, on her own timeline. Her sons grew up watching her choose herself, choose expansion, choose a life that looked nothing like where she started.

It is from that embodied foundation that everything else was built. She created a multi-million dollar enterprise that reached national television and large-scale audiences. She became a mentor to high-level leaders and some of the world's leading businesses at the million-dollar level. She is the author of The Awakened Being and has led transformational retreats globally for over 16 years.

Her path then expanded into a deeper calling — living a yes-madic life, traveling through sacred sites and immersive experiences with masters and traditions across the world, working with sacred sacraments, sitting inside ceremonies that few ever access. As a devoted student of consciousness, surrendering into the unknown, into traditions and experiences that expanded her beyond anything she could have mapped in advance.
